How can I improve my open rates?

Craft attention-grabbing subject lines, personalise where possible, and ensure your emails provide genuine value to recipients.

What's the ideal length for an email?

Keep it concise. Aim for brevity while maintaining clarity and impact.

For best results, we recommend an email word count of between 50 - 125 words.

There is no maximum word count limit, however, we recommend having a maximum of 175 words in your email campaign.

How can I enhance click-through rates?

We currently only offer reach and engagement campaigns, we don’t offer conversion campaigns, therefore we can’t guarantee CTRs.

How can I find out the results of my advertisement email campaign?

We will send you a report including all the results of the campaign. This report will be sent a maximum of 2 weeks after the ad-run completion.

What attachments can I include? (can I put a video? / what kind of links can I include)?

Hyperlinks can be included to text and buttons for CTA’s.

Video links can be included. Images and gifs can be included. Embedded & attached videos at this time can’t be included. Any asset being uploaded must be max 5MB per file.

How long does it normally take to hit the expected 15% open rate on reach runs?

During the beta program we’re giving a minimum of 1 week runway to achieve the target.
